Our expert team provided project and cost management services for Delegat’s new state-of-the-art winery in Blenheim, New Zealand, including contractual advice, tender overview input and strategic negotiation input.
The project involved the construction of a six-storey winery with a 10,000-square-meter, temperature-controlled stainless-steel cellar. The tank cellar houses individual tanks with capacities ranging from 5,000 to 160,000 liters.
The winery includes a receival and press area, barrel cellar, administration building and landscaping works situated among existing vineyards.
