Hotel NIA is an upscale, full-service 250-key Marriott Autograph Collection hotel located in Silicon Valley’s Menlo Park, California.  AECOM Capital and Ensemble Investments co-developed the Project in a 50/50 Co-GP joint venture formed in December 2015. AECOM-Canyon Equity Fund purchased a Co-GP Equity stake from AECOM Capital shortly after completion in September 2018. The Hotel is non-union with HHM Hospitality as the third-party hotel manager. The hotel sits within a larger 16-acre, $650 million mixed-use development, which includes 705,000 SF of office space adjacent to Meta’s 1.75 million SF campus.
