AECOM provided project and cost management services as well as extensive infrastructure, marine, building design and site supervision services on Reef Island in Bahrain.<\/p>\n
AECOM began work on Reef Island, completed in 2010,\u00a0in November 2004 initially\u00a0providing cost consultancy services.\u00a0Our role evolved into a combined cost management and project management offer in 2006 due to the strength of\u00a0our relationship with the client.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/strong>The island is developed by Lulu Tourism Company, an organisation established in 2002 as an equal joint venture between the Government of Bahrain and the Mouawad Group Inc.
