Total value of contractual works is \u20ac43 million.<\/p>\n<p>AECOM technical assistance helped to dramatically improve customer service capacity and the administrative and management systems of twelve\u00a0local governments in Bosnia-Herzegovina. This project improved municipal services while building public trust in local government, thereby helping to stabilize democratic local governance. AECOM helped to establish one-stop shops across eleven\u00a0municipalities in Bosnia, which now coordinate delivery of accessible and comprehensive services. A community-based process was used to develop local economic development (LED) strategies that established unprecedented levels of openness and public participation in government, and which linked LED projects to each municipality\u2019s capital investment plan.
