PTP is an approach used to encourage people to reduce single occupancy car use in favour of walking, cycling, public transport and car sharing.<\/p>\n<p>AECOM\u00a0delivered the project as part of Leicestershire County Council\u2019s \u2018Choose How You Move\u2019 campaign, which aims to encourage people to use sustainable travel options.<\/p>\n<p>Independent evaluation reports, prepared after the field work was delivered, found positive improvements had been made to travel habits, with car use reducing by between 4 and 22% amongst participants (across the different phases of work).
