AECOM Tishman, in a joint venture with LF Driscoll, is serving as construction manager for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Schuylkill Avenue Tower project. The total size of the $270 million project is approximately 666,519 gross square feet, including a 475,373-square-foot office tower and a 191,146-square-foot, three-story plinth with parking, MEP and loading dock.

The project will house CHOP’s clinical research and support staff. The project is located at South Street Bridge and Schuylkill Avenue adjacent to University City and the CHOP main campus across the river. The project is being built to target LEED Silver certification standards. The anticipated substantial completion date is March 2017.
