Frasers Property Group had grand plans for its flagship development in Chippendale.  It wanted One Central Park, Park Lane and The Mark delivered on target, within budget, and without disrupting heritage and infrastructure services.  This, combined with the use of a state-of-the-art trigeneration plant to heat and cool the building, made project delivery a delicate task.

The project is a $600m Mixed-Use 5 Star Greenstar High Rise Development, comprising 1600 apartments in 5 towers, together with a 20000m2 retail podium above an 1150 car basement. A green building in both name and nature, its exterior vertical gardens provide shade, while a heliostat directs sunlight to where it is needed most.
