While environment\u00a0protection policies have make options limited for alternative water supply, water reclamation\u00a0provides a new solution.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, traditional water supply has started to be challenged in meeting the development\u00a0demand in the City of Tainan due to the increase of reservoir sedimentation resulted by typhoon\u00a0Morakot and the termination of the Tseng-Wen reservoir trans-basin diversion project. The city\u00a0government has planned short-term, mid-term and long-term policies to solve the water supply\u00a0problems.
