AECOM Quality Control Program

AECOM implements a Quality Driven Productivity, Quality Control Program (QCP). Because throughput without quality does not meet the mission needs, we tie quality standards directly to mission criticality to provide targets in each functional area to attain and improve upon while remaining flexible to our customer’s needs. We continuously work to establish “objective” and “thresholds” to balance innovation, execution, and quality reporting with costs to monitor, measure, and remediate.
