Since being appointed CEO in August 2020, Mr. Rudd has led AECOM\u2019s transformation into a leading professional services organization focused on delivering long-term value for employees, clients and shareholders. Through the company\u2019s Think and Act Globally<\/em> strategy, he has championed investments in talent development, innovation and technical excellence to strengthen AECOM\u2019s competitive advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Mr. Rudd\u2019s leadership, AECOM has sharpened its focus on winning and delivering the industry\u2019s most complex programs and projects, increasing market share, deepening client relationships and enhancing long-term visibility. He has also advanced the company\u2019s growth in advisory and program management services. Collectively, these actions have positioned the firm for sustained growth and have driven a near tripling of its market capitalization since Mr. Rudd was named CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Rudd has held a series of operational and financial leadership positions since joining AECOM in 2009, including previously as Chief Financial Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before joining AECOM, Mr. Rudd was a partner for 10 years with KPMG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
