TACOM Strategic Service Solutions is a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract and replaces the Army FIRST and Omnibus IDIQs. The knowledge-based services contract includes program and project management as well as administration, engineering and technical services, logistics management, management support and professional services.
