As the largest workforce in a single city within the organization, AECOM Hong Kong is
well-connected with the global team of experts and has supported projects throughout Asia
as well as in other parts of the world.

With our roots dating back to over seven decades, we have delivered many of the vital systems
and facilities that have transformed Hong Kong into a world-class metropolis. Our work spans
a vast spectrum of sectors, including transportation, healthcare, new town development and
urban regeneration, water and wastewater treatment, slope safety, green buildings, and natural
environment preservation.

Technical excellence, innovation and quality are at the core of our work. In Hong Kong, these
include the Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Link and seven out of the 10 major highway routes that
connect the city within and with Mainland China; the Shatin to Central Link and seven of the
nine completed Mass Transit Railway (MTR) lines; and the Cross Bay Link, Hong Kong’s
first marine crossing combining the functions of a carriageway, cycle track and footway in
one bridge upon its completion.

Our involvement in new town development has traversed three generations and continues
into the next generation with projects such as the North Territories New Extension to provide
additional housing and community facilities. Other initiatives such as the Long Valley
Nature Park preserves natural ecosystems and extends recreational and educational
opportunities for communities, while the Relocation of Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works
to Cavern reduces its footprint by half and releases land for other uses.
We are planners, engineers, architects, consultants, technical specialists and builders driven
by a common purpose to deliver a better world.
