OCEC is a key feature of the city\u2019s first phase of the Irfan Development.<\/p>\n<p>The development is part of the government strategy to boost its tourism sector.<\/p>\n<p>The OCEC development comprises enabling and earth works, site-wide infrastructure, five exhibition halls with over 20,000 square meters\u00a0of column-free exhibition space, 33 associated meeting rooms and hospitality suites, multi-level car parking, an energy center, a 3200-seat auditorium, a 450-seat theatre, 2 ballrooms with capacities of 1200 and 540 guests, 20 additional meeting and conference rooms, and two 300-key hotels (a 5-star Marriott and a 4-star Crowne Plaza).<\/p>\n<p>Further phases to the Irfan Development are in the early stages of masterplanning.<\/p>\n<p>Our team is providing cost consultancy services for the entire initial development stage.
