LOS ANGELES. (November, 7, 2019) – Today, Pendry Hotels & Resorts announces the first release of Pendry Residences West Hollywood by Montage Hotels & Resorts for purchase. Together with AECOM Capital, the investment adviser of global infrastructure firm AECOM, and Combined Properties, a full-service real estate firm, the Residences are scheduled to open in Summer 2020. Pendry Residences West Hollywood will be comprised of a limited collection of 40 private residences with prices starting from $3 million.
