AECOM announced today that its URS Federal Services Inc. operation has been awarded two TS3 Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts – for equipment-related and knowledge-based services – supporting the U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command, in Warren, Mich.

The two contracts have a combined total ceiling of $2.9 billion over five years and are subject to the issuance of task orders.

TACOM Strategic Service Solutions is a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract and replaces the Army FIRST and Omnibus IDIQs. The knowledge-based services contract includes program and project management as well as administration, engineering and technical services, logistics management, management support and professional services. The equipment-related services contract will be used for maintenance, repair and overhaul, equipment modification and technical-representative services.

“We are pleased to have been awarded these contracts, and for the opportunity to continue supporting our TACOM customer through these new contracts,” said Randy Wotring, president of AECOM’s Management Services Group. AECOM provided extensive support under the previous contract.
