COMTO creates new career opportunities for minority transportation professionals in the United States through education, training and development programs."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hanson, who was recently named one of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blackenterprise.com\/\"><i>Black Enterprise<\/i><\/a> magazine\u2019s top diversity executives, facilitated a session titled \u201cDeveloping Inclusive Leaders,\u201d which included exercises to reveal individuals\u2019 unconscious biases, behaviors and assumptions in order to improve their leadership abilities.
