AECOM reported third-quarter revenue of $2.1\u00a0billion, a 2.4% increase from the third quarter of fiscal year 2011.\u00a0 Third-quarter revenue, net of other direct costs1<\/sup>, was $1.3\u00a0billion.\u00a0 Operating income for the third quarter decreased 6.5% from last year to $103\u00a0million due to challenging year-over-year performance in the Management Support Services (MSS) segment.\u00a0 Net income attributable to the company declined 6% to $69\u00a0million and earnings per share (EPS) grew 1.6% to 63 cents.<\/p>\n
