The report\u2019s theme reflects the company\u2019s Culture of Caring by highlighting employees\u2019 heroic efforts, thought leadership and personal motivations for keeping safety at the forefront.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe wellbeing of our employees, clients and stakeholders is at the core of all of our decisions, and is the driving force behind AECOM\u2019s safety achievements,\u201d said Michael S. Burke, AECOM\u2019s chairman and chief executive officer. \u201cWe are proud of our employees who remain committed to ensuring their colleagues return home safely at the end of each day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Some of AECOM\u2019s fiscal year 2015 (FY15) highlights include the following:<br \/>\n\u2014 AECOM achieved a Total Recordable Injury Rate 7.5 percent lower than our target.<br \/>\n\u2014 AECOM Chairman and CEO Michael S.
