One of the apprentices Alison met was Kirsty Walker, who has been shadowing AECOM Director Andy Barker this week as part of AECOM\u2019s Scottish Apprenticeship Week activities. Alison also heard from AECOM directors Kenneth O\u2019Hara and Ciaran Camplisson about local projects the company is involved with. AECOM has around 470 staff in Glasgow.<\/p>\n<p>Craig Little, Head of Consulting, Buildings &amp; Places Scotland, AECOM, said: \u201cWe are delighted to be able to host Alison and show her a number of projects we have been working on locally, nationally and globally. AECOM has a proud record of employing apprentices and graduates and Alison was pleased to be able to meet and discuss some of their experiences while she was in our office.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2017, 6<sup>th<\/sup> March \u2013 10<sup>th<\/sup> March, celebrates the benefits apprenticeships bring to individual businesses and to the Scottish economy.
