From 2007 to 2013, Centrum Unijnych Projektów Transportowych (CUPT; The Centre for EU Transport Projects) was the implementing body for EU funds for transport under the current Operational Programme, ‘Infrastructure and Environment’, and will continue to play that role as ongoing EU funds are implemented during the next perspective (2014-2020).
CUPT is responsible for implementing the following kinds of investments: road transport projects, railway transport projects, air transport projects, sea transport projects, inland waterways projects, transport safety related projects and multimodal transport.
The contract is for the provision of advisory services for CUPT includes two major ranges of advice:
- Advice for the needs of the previous financial perspective (2007-2013) comprising the provision of support for the settlement process of the projects submitted within the framework; and
- Consultancy for the new EU financial perspective (2014-2020), including support in updating all documents, regulations and guidelines for new programs; the preparation and updating of manuals supporting the beneficiaries; and consultancy in the evaluation of projects submitted in the new perspective.
