In a joint venture, AECOM Hunt is serving as construction manager for Mount Carmel Grove City – a new full-service hospital located on a 36-acre site.
The 504,241-square-foot, seven-story hospital will contain all private patient rooms throughout the 210-bed facility. It will offer a wide range of services, such as surgery, interventional cardiology, ICU, lab, pharmacy, obstetrics, NICU, short stay/observation and radiology services.
In addition a 125,498-square-foot, five-story medical office building will connect to the hospital and contain primary care, maternal fetal medicine, outpatient oncology, and women’s health services.
