We were commissioned by a confidential international chemistry client to carry out an extensive Phase 2 (soil and groundwater) Environmental Site Assessment of a large industrial site located in the southern part of the Netherlands. The firm is one of the major companies on the market producing polymers, which are used in a wide range of industries.
This Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment was completed by our team in the Netherlands and included 54 borings and monitoring wells located on the outside perimeters of the site, as well as within the plant and warehouses.
Based on the results of a site visit carried out by our soil and groundwater specialists, as well as fieldwork and review of the previously conducted research at the site, a conclusive report was drawn. The recommendations led to possibility of expanding business at the site and enabled an environmental permitting trajectory.
