IndiCap and AECOM Canyon Partners formed a JV to develop Eastmark, a 10-building, Class-A industrial development of 1.6M SF in Mesa, Arizona. The industrial development will include two phases: (i) the first phase, Eastmark I, will consist of five buildings totaling 978k SF and (ii) the second phase, Eastmark II,  will consist of five buildings totaling 660k SF. The development is prominently located along the Elliott Road Technology Corridor which has attracted several blue-chip companies including Amazon, Apple, Facebook & Microsoft.
