Controller, AECOM Capital

Esther Garrison is the Controller for AECOM Capital based in Los Angeles. Garrison joined AECOM Capital in 2023 and leads the accounting, financial reporting and compliance functions.

Prior to joining AECOM Capital, Garrison served as Controller for Coretrust Capital Partners, Director of Financial Reporting for Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE:HPP) and held other executive roles for real estate organizations including Thomas Properties Group, Inc. (NYSE:TPGI), Watt Commercial Properties and Pacific Coast Capital Partners. Garrison started her career at Arthur Andersen, LLP as an auditor of public and private real estate companies.

Garrison received a BS in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is a Certified Public Accountant (active) and Certified Treasury Professional.
