Managing Partner, AECOM Capital

Travis Skelton is a Managing Partner and Head of East Coast at AECOM Capital.  Mr. Skelton leads the investment activity across the Eastern United States and manages our New York office.

Prior to joining AECOM Capital, Mr. Skelton was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at HPS Investment Partners, where he led the opportunistic real estate credit business, serving as Portfolio Manager for two closed-end investment funds.  Prior to HPS, Mr. Skelton was a Co-Founder and Partner at RTS Investments, a real estate private equity firm focused on multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Skelton was a Vice President and Partner at H/2 Capital Partners, and worked at Morgan Stanley and The Carlyle Group.

Mr. Skelton holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
