Senior Development Manager, AECOM Capital Real Estate

Will Korchek joined AECOM Capital in 2016 after working at a top Los Angeles architecture firm where he built a strong foundation managing successful projects through all phases of design. As Senior Development Manager, Korchek works in AECOM Capital’s design and construction team driving hotel, multifamily, office and mixed-use projects through design, entitlements and permitting, and into the construction phase.

Korchek also helps oversee the West Coast portfolio, tracking budget, schedule and major decisions through project delivery. A Los Angeles native, Korchek is passionate about Los Angeles real estate development and mindful of the great impact AECOM projects have in communities they build or join.

Korchek earned a BA in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
