With an area of 2,302 hectares, the Taoyuan aerotropolis zone expropriation project is one of Taiwan’s largest urban development projects.
It consists of complex and extensive phases and work items. It also occupies a wide range of land which directly affects many local residents. Concerns such as their rights and benefits, resettlement, reconstruction, cultural heritage preservation and environmental protection were addressed as part of the project engagement. Achieving this required excellent and skilled project management and engineering experience.
