Approximately 70 AECOM employees ran a 3.5-mile (5.6-kilometer) race as part of the 35th annual JPMorgan Corporate Challenge in New York City, New York, United States.

The event took place on June 15 in New York’s Central Park and benefits the Central Park Conservancy, which was established to restore, manage and preserve the park. The conservancy staff care for more than 250 acres (101 hectares) of lawns and 24,000 trees, and preserves other park resources.

The event, which attracted approximately 15,000 participants from hundreds of corporations, is intended to promote wellness and fitness in the workplace.
