London, 7 October 2014: AECOM has announced the appointment of John Stevens as director, industrial market sector within its Europe, Middle East and Africa environment practice.

John has recently transferred from AECOM’s Asia Pacific region where, for the past four years, he has been responsible for the direction and growth of AECOM’s remediation services business in Australia.  An environmental risk management and remediation specialist with over twenty years professional experience, John has served blue-chip industrial clients across global geographies and has particular knowledge of the oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical and mining sectors. Prior to joining AECOM he held executive leadership positions in the UK, United States and Europe.
