A transport planner and project manager with 24 years of academic and consultancy experience, Sergio joins AECOM from Dar Al-Handasah Consultants. His expertise spans the development of transport master plans, transport project feasibility, economic project appraisal and demand and revenue forecasting for road (passenger and freight, tolled and un-tolled systems) and public transport (conventional rail, high-speed rail, light rail and metro) projects, working both for the public and private sectors.
