Together with the client team of the German airline, Lufthansa, we developed an innovative workplace concept and implemented it at the iconic Lufthansa headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany. Lufthansa New Workspace combines aspects of real estate, human resources and technology to create a new work environment for 2,500 people that supports collaboration, mobility and flexibility.

Setting thought leadership standards in workplace innovation, our Strategy Plus group has helped Lufthansa design a work environment that supports and fosters the company’s new corporate culture and values. Interacting not only with the project team, but with all employees of the Lufthansa headquarter via research and design workshops, we have created an open dialogue with the company.
