AECOM reported first-quarter revenue of $2.0 billion, and revenue, net of other direct costs1, of $1.2 billion.  Operating income decreased 19.3%* largely driven by previously discussed actions taken to better align the cost structure of its Australia business in light of the country’s slowdown in mining.  These actions are factored into the company’s full-year EPS guidance.  Reported net income attributable to AECOM in the quarter was $38 million, and diluted earnings per share were $0.36 for the first quarter.
