NEW YORK (March 15, 2017) — AECOM, a premier, fully integrated global infrastructure firm, today announced that Paul Praylo has been named chief operating officer of its Construction Services (CS) business, a global construction division that has grown from under $2B to nearly $7B in revenue in just five years.
In this elevated position, Mr. Praylo will oversee operations across all business units within CS, playing an active role in a number of key initiatives such as operational excellence, strong project performance and comprehensive risk management and safety efforts.
“Since Construction Services was established in 2011, Paul has been the backbone of our leadership team and has been instrumental to the group’s expansion,” said Dan McQuade, group president, CS. “In his new role, Paul will be an important partner in ensuring operational excellence across our business units as we continue our international expansion and focus on integrated delivery.”
”I am very proud to be part of a team that has achieved tremendous growth in such a short period of time,” said Mr. Praylo, “We have a wide range of delivery capabilities that operate on a global platform. Between our power, civil infrastructure, building construction and oil and gas operating groups we have a remarkable foundation to build on, as the need for infrastructure rises.”
AECOM is well-positioned to meet increased demand for infrastructure development around the globe, having established a full service construction business with a strong presence in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as growing capabilities in the Asia Pacific region.
