New contract extends major commercial outperformance framework to 2026
LONDON (Sep. 28, 2021) — AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, with Mott MacDonald and Turner & Townsend today announced it has been awarded a five-year extension to its position on Anglian Water’s Commercial Outperformance and Construction Economics (COCE) framework.
The framework will continue to be delivered through an alliancing approach, with AECOM, Mott MacDonald and Turner & Townsend working alongside Anglian Water to support the realisation of outperformance targets through AMP7. To date, the framework’s alliancing delivery model has brought cost savings and efficiencies to Anglian Water’s operating expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) programmes.
Neal Chambers, Frameworks Director, AECOM, said: “This framework extension enables AECOM to continue our role on this industry leading alliance approach with Anglian Water and our partners. By combining our integrated capability, we can provide best-in-class core services, solution development and business reach back to help Anglian Water deliver and outperform their AMP7 Business Plan and beyond.”
The alliance has over 70 individuals working with Anglian Water across the COCE framework. They are responsible for providing commercial services over both capital and operational programmes. The full spectrum of these services ranges from contract administration, project controls and project management, procurement, efficiency reviews, risk and cost management, to benchmarking, supply chain and market analysis.
