In partnership with Cork City Council, AECOM is overseeing the delivery of a multifunctional events centre for Cork city
CORK (Dec. 19, 2025) — AECOM, the trusted global infrastructure leader has been appointed by Cork City Council as project delivery partner for the Cork Events Centre as of July 2025. The project will deliver a multifunctional events centre in Cork, intended to further enhance the city’s international profile and boost tourism and hospitality in the region.
As part of its role on this project, AECOM is providing project management (including programming), cost management, procurement, stakeholder engagement and technical advisory services, including the preparation of the preliminary business case, to Cork City Council.
