daa appoints Integrated Delivery Partner team to support €3bn Capital Investment Programme

DUBLIN (Nov. 24, 2023) — AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, today announced it has been appointed to daa’s Integrated Delivery Partner team, led by Turner & Townsend alongside Arup and Wilson James (logistics). The team will focus on Dublin Airport, supporting its sustainable development into a global hub which will connect Ireland to key existing and emerging global markets.

The Integrated Delivery Partner team will primarily be responsible for delivering daa’s Capital Investment Programme 2020+ (CIP2020+) for Dublin Airport, which includes infrastructure such as new piers and aircraft stands. The five-year framework will run from 2023 to 2028.

“We have played a pivotal role in shaping the CIP2020+ and supporting daa in obtaining funding approval from the Commission of Aviation Regulation,” said Colm Tully, Director, Infrastructure UK & Ireland, AECOM. “It is very exciting to continue the partnership into the delivery phase of this wide ranging and ambitious programme of work, helping daa meet future passenger demand and achieve net zero.”

The team will deliver programme and project management, commercial and technical services for Dublin Airport, Cork Airport and daa International’s portfolio. daa is working to achieve carbon emission reductions of 51% by 2030 and net zero by 2050.
