AECOM Tishman is currently serving as Construction Manager for the complete redevelopment of the City’s west side, converting former tow yards and a parking lot into a 16-story 670,000-square-foot mixed use residential complex. When complete, the project will include 424 residential units, parking for 443 cars, a two-story gymnasium, public park space and over 30,000 square feet of retail space.
