This project involved the rebuilding of a 5,000-square-metre office space on three floors of the Warsaw Financial Center building, located in the central administrative district of Warsaw. Working for the corporate law firm CMS Cameron McKenna, we provided fit-out management and mechanical/electrical design for these new offices.
Our role involved:
- Technical support and assistance in negotiations of the lease agreement
- Preparing and regular monitoring of master project schedule and project budget
- Due diligence survey on the building
- Design works in scope of mechanical/electrical installations, coordination of branch design services, obtaining approvals and permitting from relevant Lessor authorities
- Tendering for contractor
- Monitoring and controlling construction and fit out works
- Project and cost management of the client’s direct works , IT cabling, furniture and security
- Assisting the client in managing the relocation of staff, supervising the installation of the furniture and assisting in start-up processes
- Supervising the contract close-out
