Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville Secures One Day Sales Just Under $80 Million

The sell-out of Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville’s first release of residences is believed to be the biggest real estate launch in Nashville history

NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville development partners The Congress Group Inc. and AECOM Capital today announced that it sold just under $80 million in homes within Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville in one day. Project developers believe this to be the biggest real estate launch in Nashville history.

“People believe in Nashville and want to live here and just as importantly they want to own here,” said Dean Stratouly, President of The Congress Group. “No matter what the external factors may be, there is a passion for Nashville – and that interest is only growing as people reevaluate what is important to them. These ideas have been reinforced from our buyers who came from as far as Japan and the U.K. as well as domestically from Los Angeles, Chicago, and Austin. Yet a majority of our buyers have been local to Nashville, highlighting locally there is an understanding that the opportunity to live at a Four Seasons is an extremely limited opportunity that can’t be replicated.”

The sales, which occurred in March after a short five-week preview period, were a complete sell out of the residences first released by the developer. Another release of residences will be coming and Four Seasons sales gallery is open by appointment.

“The success of our initial release at Four Seasons Residences Nashville exceeded our expectations and highlights the shift toward downtown living that Music City is more than ready for,” said Timothy D. Haskin, Partner and Senior Managing Director, AECOM Capital Real Estate. “While we continue to monitor what’s happening in the wider world, we expect our future releases will go just as fast as this one.”

The project’s advancement has continued on schedule over the last few months tracking for a 2022 completion. The tower is now on the seventh floor and continuing to rise. AECOM Hunt, which serves as the general contractor on the project, will continue incorporating CDC best practices for the health and safety of workers.

The first allotment sales efforts were led by Marie-Laure Frère, Director of Sales, and her sales team after conducting personal presentations in February and early March.

The tours include exclusive sneak peaks of the interior designs by renowned global firm HOK. SCB is the project architect.

“People are now rethinking their lifestyles and the amenities and services available to them at home. We’re seeing interest in Nashville only continue to increase as people look beyond COVID and consider their futures. Nashville will come out of this stronger than ever and we’re proud to be a part of it,” said Frère.
