In the Friday, March 16, session, “A Conversation with Leading Chief Legal Officers: Risks, Opportunities and What Keeps You Up at Night,” Laben and fellow participants will discuss the evolving role of the legal team within corporations and the next potential challenges in terms of risk, including in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
Laben also participated in the 2011 Global Ethics Summit, offering her perspective on how compliance professionals can work with their colleagues in business operations to drive successful ethics and compliance programs.
