We leverage open-source data and develop custom methods and tools that quantify and evaluate the holistic impact of projects, make social objectives and inequities plainly visible and help pave the way to improved outcomes.

The demographic, socioeconomic, environmental and climate change data we’ve synthesized through our work with public and private clients, including businesses in the technology and industrial sectors, is providing a complete picture of the communities in which our clients operate and wish to grow.

Funding optimization for social investments

We help clients navigate funding sources and opportunities to pay for infrastructure that offers social benefits and tailor projects to be eligible for federal funding sources like the Justice40 initiative. We use our in-house developed Fund Navigator tool to facilitate this process. With our support, our clients have secured federal funding and are using it to address inequalities and create healthier communities.
