Carolyn Stegon

For the past 21 years, Carolyn Stegon has worked at AECOM as a dedicated leader and change-maker in the industry. She was the program manager for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s (CDCR) $2 billion Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for nearly a decade, with a team of more than 40 employees crossing multiple business lines and AECOM offices in California. Carolyn is the Program and Project Management business line’s United States West Digital lead. She has managed a Digital Plan Review Division within AECOM that has successfully launched digital plan reviews for CDCR and numerous California agencies. She has changed the culture by training and introducing client project teams to a new digital design review process, including the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), the Division of the State Architect in California (DSA), the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), the Department of General Services (DGS), Kern Community College District (KCCD) and Orange County Sanitation District (OSCD).
