David Staniforth

David Staniforth is a chartered civil engineer and has been with AECOM for over 30 years. During that time, his role has varied from civil engineering design to project management and, recently, to framework management. International work experience has further enriched his career journey. In Angola, he managed the expansion of an oil service base for the state oil company, Sonangol. In Jamaica, he spent six months managing a tourism study across the island’s southern coast, which proved both a challenging project and a great opportunity to get to know the island. He spent five years in Thailand working out of our Bangkok office on projects including the New Bangkok Airport and the Rama 8 cable-stay bridge across the Chao Phraya River.
