As Director of AECOM’s Northern California Highways Group and Senior Manager of Business Development, he has managed major Caltrans on-call contracts, multi-disciplinary highway and bridge programs, and large-scale infrastructure pursuits, blending deep technical expertise with a commitment to safety, sustainability, and meaningful community impact.
