Karen Zhao, ASQ CQA, CQE, CSSBB

Karen Zhao is a professional engineer in AECOM’s Ontario office and holds a Master’s Degree of Applied Science. She is a certified Lead Nuclear Quality Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt with over 15 years of experience in quality in the nuclear, telecommunications, transportation and aerospace sectors. As the Nuclear Quality Manager for AECOM Canada Nuclear Services, she oversees the execution of the nuclear quality program including the effective use of corrective action and organizational learning programs.
