Mark Handley

Mark Handley, PE, is senior vice president, National Governments, covering the full range of design and consulting services. A retired Rear Admiral from the U.S. Navy, Mark was recently appointed as the National President of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). Mark is based out of Norfolk, Virginia.
