Mary Finch

Mary E. Finch is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for AECOM, overseeing human resources for the organization worldwide. Her areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, management and executive development, employee relations and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity, organization planning and effectiveness, legal and regulatory compliance and the company’s succession-planning and performance-appraisal processes. She is a member of AECOM’s executive leadership team at the enterprise level.
