Walter Gaudet 

Senior Vice President, Buildings + Places Business Line Leader 

Walter Gaudet is the Senior Vice President, Buildings + Places Business Line Leader at AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle — from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.

In this role, Mr. Gaudet leads Canada’s Buildings + Places team. He also acts as the Principal-In-Charge on architecture projects. His belief is that true innovation and progress arise when culture and artistry meet science and inquiry. 

Mr. Gaudet began his career working as an architect and project manager and has engaged in all areas of professional practice including conceptual and technical design, project, and office management.  

Mr. Gaudet joined AECOM in 2019. An insightful team leader, he is accountable with a great capacity for collaborating and communicating effectively. Through those strengths, he is recognized for his ability to develop, energize, and motivate high-performing teams.
