Joanne McCall is Senior Vice President and Transportation Business Line Leader at AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle — from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.

In this role, she drives AECOM’s business growth and strategic priorities across the region, securing the company’s continued success in addressing the evolving needs of clients. Joanne’s hands-on leadership style is instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and long-term sustainable growth for the business. 

Ms. McCall brings over 30 years of experience in transportation infrastructure across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. She has previously held leadership roles at Mott MacDonald and at Parsons, with a keen focus on securing and delivering major projects. Ms. McCall has driven exceptional growth in the Canadian market, specifically by fostering industry networks and securing key roles on major projects, including the Gordie Howe International Bridge and the Scarborough Subway Extension. 

Outside of her professional achievements, Ms. McCall is a strong advocate for coaching and mentorship of young professionals and is dedicated to community engagement, actively supporting several charitable organizations. She also serves as a member of the Strategic Advisory Board for Engineers in Action
