In this role, Mr. Chalaris is responsible for advancing AECOM’s program management practice across Canada, overseeing major programs and strategic pursuits that span multiple business lines. He drives operational excellence, fosters strong client relationships, and champions innovative delivery strategies that enable transformative infrastructure solutions for communities nationwide. 

With more than 27 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, Mr. Chalaris has built a distinguished career managing complex, high-profile programs across transportation and civil engineering. Prior to his current role, he served as AECOM’s Alternative Delivery Business Leader for Central and Eastern Canada, where he led several high-profile Design-Build and Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing alternative delivery models that drive efficiency and value. 

Mr. Chalaris is recognized for his expertise in managing the complexities of large-scale programs, delivering outcomes that reflect both client goals and community needs. His leadership approach is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and resilience—values that continue to shape Canada’s infrastructure landscape.
